Booking Terms & Important Information

• A booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee is non-refundable.

• Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

• By paying a booking fee, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions, including any additional fees that may apply for late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows.


Medical Disclosure

It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or medications you are currently taking prior to booking. This is essential to ensure your safety and suitability for treatment.


Age Restrictions & ID Requirements

• All injectable treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over.

• You will be required to bring valid photo ID to your appointment.

• Failure to provide appropriate ID may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your booking fee will not be refunded.


Premises Policy

• No individuals under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises under any circumstances, including children.


Need to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment?

We understand that plans can change. You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.


Rescheduling Your Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment by clicking the link in your original booking confirmation email. From there, you can select a new date and time that works best for you.

Please note: Changes cannot be made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.


Cancelling Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, simply click the link in your booking confirmation email to manage your appointment.

To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

  • Within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked treatment(s).
  • Within 24 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 100% charge of the booked treatment(s).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair schedule for all clients.

You will not be able to book any future appointments until this balance has been settled.


Attendance, Lateness & Cancellation Policy 

Please ensure that you are able to arrive on time for your appointment when booking.


Late Arrivals


• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment(s).

Punctuality ensures that I can give every client the time and care they deserve. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time — just as I respect yours.


No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked.


Important Information Before Your Appointment

All clients are required to complete both a Medical Form and a Consent Form for all aesthetic treatments. Failure to complete these forms may result in your appointment being cancelled without eligibility for a refund.

If you are currently undergoing any medical treatment, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking any medication(s), please consult with us before booking any aesthetic treatments. This is essential to determine your suitability for treatment and to prioritise your safety.

For all prescription-only (POM) treatments, a face-to-face consultation with our licensed prescriber is mandatory. This consultation incurs a £25 fee and must be completed prior to treatment.

 

Post Treatment Reactions

If you experience any reaction following one of our treatments, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. In severe cases, please seek immediate medical attention.

Possible symptoms may include, but are not limited to:

• Itchiness

• Swelling

• Redness

• Bruising

• Discolouration

• Tenderness

Rare but serious reactions may include:

• Granulomas

• Skin necrosis

• Infection or abscess formation

• Hypersensitivity

• Skin nodules or cysts

It is your responsibility to inform us promptly of any adverse reaction so we can provide the appropriate support and guidance. We cannot be held responsible for any complications that may arise if you fail to seek timely care as advised.

 

Out of Hours

If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of our regular working hours, please contact us directly. Out-of-hours appointments are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of £20, which will be added to the cost of your treatment(s).


Loyalty Rewards & Discounts

Loyalty rewards can be redeemed toward any of our available treatments. Please note that only one loyalty reward may be used per appointment.

Discounts obtained through polls, competitions, or other promotions are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other existing offers, including package deals.

At B Beauty Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

No Refunds on Services

All services provided are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been performed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or external factors beyond our control.

Corrections & Adjustments

We understand that in rare cases, adjustments may be necessary. If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the area and, if appropriate, offer one free correction session to address your concerns.


Please note:

  • Correction appointments must be booked within 14 days of your original treatment.
  • Corrections are offered at our discretion and based on the outcome of the initial service.

Subscription Services Terms & Information

Please read the following information carefully to ensure you fully understand the terms before choosing to subscribe with us:


Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans to suit different needs:

• Monthly Subscriptions are ongoing and continue until you provide 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. This means your subscription will remain active and billable until the end of the notice period.

• Annual Subscriptions are offered as a one-time upfront payment and do not renew automatically. If you wish to continue after the annual period ends, you will need to contact us to purchase a new subscription.


Payments & Billing

All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months or unused features. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan.


Cooling-Off Period (Monthly Subscriptions Only)

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, monthly subscription purchases include a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel your subscription; however, no refunds will be issued. Instead, any payments made can be credited towards other services we offer. Please note that once the subscription service has been accessed or used, the cooling-off period is considered waived.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly in writing; however, a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation to take effect. This means your subscription will remain active and billable for 30 days from the date notice is given.

No refunds will be issued after cancellation is requested.


Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to update our subscription terms, including pricing and features. You will be notified in advance of any material changes and given the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to the new terms.

E-Gift Cards

Validity

  • E-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

Redeeming Your E-Gift Card

  • If you would like to pay for your full treatment using an e-gift card, please message us directly to arrange your booking.
  • If you prefer to book online as normal, you are welcome to use your e-gift card to pay the remaining balance at your appointment.


E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used toward any treatment unless otherwise stated. Please note that lost or stolen e-gift cards cannot be replaced, and possession of a gift card does not guarantee an appointment, as all treatments remain subject to availability and suitability.

Giveaway and Prize Policy

General Eligibility and Entry

Eligibility: Giveaways are open only to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Entry Requirement: No purchase is necessary to enter any standard giveaway offered by B Beauty Aesthetics. However, this clause is superseded when the promotion is explicitly stated as a 'Raffle,' where purchasing a ticket or entry may be required.

Terms & Conditions: By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these general terms and the specific rules published for that promotion.


Winner Notification and Claim

Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified directly via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook within 48 hours of the draw. The winner's Instagram or Facebook handle/name will also be shared publicly to our Stories on both platforms.

Verification: The winner may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age (18+) and identity before the prize is released.


Prize Claim Deadline (Crucial Clause):

The confirmed winner must acknowledge and claim their prize by responding to the notification DM within seven (7) calendar days of the initial contact date.

Forfeiture: If a winner fails to respond and claim the prize within the strict seven (7) calendar day deadline, they will forfeit their win. The prize will then be offered to an eligible runner-up, or a new winner may be drawn, at the sole discretion of B Beauty Aesthetics.

Prize Redemption and Details

Value: Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

Gift Card Expiry: Any B Beauty Aesthetics Gift Cards won as a prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the winner being confirmed.

Treatment Suitability: Any treatment won as a prize is subject to a mandatory, complimentary consultation with a clinic practitioner to assess the winner's suitability. If the winner is deemed unsuitable for the treatment due to medical reasons, an alternative treatment of equivalent value may be offered, at the clinic's discretion.

Finance Options

We’re pleased to offer flexible payment options through Klarna and Clearpay, which can be selected directly at checkout when paying for your treatments.

How It Works

  • Simply choose Klarna or Clearpay at checkout to complete your payment plan.
  • Bookings made using Klarna or Clearpay are non-refundable; however, your payment can be transferred to an alternative treatment or held as credit for future use if needed.
